Ingredients:
Onion - 1 (fine chopped)
Cashews - 4 (fine chopped)
Mint Leaves - Little (fine chopped)
Bread Crumbs - 1/2 tsp
Baji Mix - 2 tbsp
Oil - As reqd
Method:
- Fine chop onion and wash it transfer to a bowl.
- Add cashews, baji mix, mint leaves and mix well.
- Add crumbs if using.
- Set aside for few mins.
- Heat oil and deep fry this.
- Quick snack ready.
