Pudhina Thokku Dosa
Ingredients
:
Dosa Batter
Pudhina thokku - 1/2 cup
Oil or Ghee - As reqd
Method:
Heat tawa and pour dosa batter and make dosa.
Apply a spoon of thokku and drizzle ghee.
Other way is, mix the thokku in batter and make dosas.
I made in both ways.
