- You can strain the water which you use to boil daily veggies.
- Boil that water and in salt and pepper powder.
- Feed your baby the simple and healthy soup.
- Consult doctor before starting any new food.
- Gradually increase the quantity as they grow.
- If you add pepper powder(optional), add little ghee.
- The above suits for babies above 6 months.
