Ingredients:
Mirror Glaze
All purpose flour - 6 tbsp
Granulated Sugar - 1/4 cup
Vanilla Esc - 1 tsp
Milk - 2 tbsp
Egg - 1
Unsalted butter - 2 tbsp
Choco sprinklers - 2 tbsp
Salt - a pinch
Method:
- Microwave the butter for 20-30 sec
- Let it aside for few seconds and add egg and whisk it.
- Then add Milk,vanilla and sugar and mix well.
- Add the flour and salt, mix the batter nicely.
- Pour into greased pan and bake for 2-3 mins.
- Let it cool and then freeze it for 2-3 hrs.
- Place a tray and an inverted cup on it.
- Now place the frozen cake on top and pour the glaze gel.
- Cover the cake fully.
- I added choco sprinklers to add beauty.
Note:
You can collect the gel from tray and reuse it.
