Chettinaad Egg Podimas


Ingredients:

Egg - 4
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato - 1 (small, finely chopped)
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Chettinaad Masala / ITC Chettinaad Chicken Masala - 4 tsp
Curry Leaves - Little
Salt, Oil - As reqd

Method:
  • In a pan heat oil.
  • Add curry leaves and onion and saute.
  • Then add tomato and saute till it turns mushy.
  • Now add the masala powders and salt and saute for few mins.
  • In a bowl break the eggs and keep.
  • Add this to pan and keep stirring.
  • Hot chettinaad podimas is ready.
