Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 140 g
Brown sugar - 150 g
Cocoa powder - 30 g
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/8 tsp
Milk - 120 ml
Water - 120 ml
Oil - 60 ml
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Vanilla Esc - 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Grease two 5 inch pans and dust with flour.
- Invert and dap it to remove excess flour.
- In a bowl add in flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder.
- Add in cocoa powder and salt.
- Mix this.
- To this add oil, milk,water and esc.
- Mix well.
- Now add vinegar and mix well.
- Bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180°C for 25-30 mins.
- The baked cake weighed around 235 g.
