Ingredients:
Unsalted butter - 112 g
Icing sugar - 200 g
Milk Chocolate - 250 g
Fresh cream - 200 ml
Vanilla Esc - 1 tsp
Method:
- In a double boiler, heat the milk chocolate and cream together.
- Heat till chocolate is melted and blended well with cream.
- Set this aside to cool.
- In a bowl add butter and beat till light and smooth.
- Now add icing sugar in parts and blend well.
- Add in esc and melted chocolate and cream mix.
- Beat till you get the desired consistency.
- Can use this to frost cakes of your choice.
