Ingredients:
Nutrichoice Crackers (Sugar free) - 6-8
Pizza sauce - 1/4 cup
Onion - 1
Capsicum
Red Chilly flakes - 1 tsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Grated Cheese - 1/2 cup
Method:
- Dice onion into small cubes and set aside.
- Deseed and dice capsicum and tomato to small pieces.
- Add this to a bowl.
- Add in a pinch of salt, chilly flakes and oregano and mix well.
- Line a baking tray and place the crackers.
- Apply pizza sauce on each crackers.
- Add in the toppings.
- Cover with cheese.
- Bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180°C for 5-7 mins or till cheese melts.
