Wheat CheesyGarlic Loaf

After proofing

Dough
Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Dry yeast - 1 1/8 tsp
Butter -  1 tbsp
Milk - 3/4 cup
Sugar -  1 1/2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp 

For Filling: 
Garlic - 6-8 (grated)
Cheese - 1/2 cup (grated)
Red Chilly flakes -1 tsp
Italian seasoning - 1/2 tsp

Method:
  • Mix the filling in a bowl and keep aside.
  • Add butter to like warm milk and mix.
  • In a bowl add sugar,yeast,little warm milk and set aside to activate...
  • In other bowl add flour,salt and once yeast is activated add it to flour and add remaining milk.
  • Mix well and make a dough.
  • Place this in a greased pan for proofing.
  • Once done punch the dough and knead and roll thin.
  • Use cookie cutter and cut round shapes.
  • Place the filling in each circle and fold it(like semicircle).
  • Place them in greased loaf pan and allow to proof.
  • Brush the top with oil and sprinkle the left over filling.
  • Bake them in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180°C for 25-30 mins.
