Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients:

All purpose flour - 3/4 cup
Unsalted butter - 2 tbsp
Sugar (regular) - 1/4 cup
Buttermilk - 1/4 cup
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Butterscotch chips - 1/4 cup
Vanilla esc - 1/2 tsp
Salt - a pinch

Method:

  • In a bowl add sugar and butter and mix well.
  • Add in esc and buttermilk and mix well.
  • Add in dry ingredients to this and mix well.
  • Add in butterscotch chips and mix well.
  • Cling wrap and refrigerate the dough for 30 mins.
  • Use a tbsp and take the dough and place them in a lined baking tray.
  • Press each ball gently.
  • Bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180°C for 10-12 mins.
