Ingredients :
Rava Kesari - As reqd
Maida - 1 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Salt, Water - As reqd
Method:
- I made this with leftover kesari.
- In a bowl add in maida, salt and mix well.
- Add in water little by little and make a soft dough.
- Make 4 equal sized balls and set aside.
- Dust the surface with flour and spread the dough thick.
- Or make like a cup placing in your hand.
- Add the kesari filling and carfully seal it.
- Now roll this carefully.
- Heat a tawa and drizzle ghee.
- Roast each boli in medium flame.
- Apply ghee over it and serve hot.
