Kesari Boli


Ingredients :

Rava Kesari - As reqd
Maida - 1 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Salt, Water - As reqd

Method:
  • I made this with leftover kesari.
  • In a bowl add in maida, salt and mix well.
  • Add in water little by little and make a soft dough.
  • Make 4 equal sized balls and set aside.
  • Dust the surface with flour and spread the dough thick.
  • Or make like a cup placing in your hand.
  • Add the kesari filling and carfully seal it.
  • Now roll this carefully.
  • Heat a tawa and drizzle ghee.
  • Roast each boli in medium flame.
  • Apply ghee over it and serve hot.
