Ingredients:
Paneer - 200 g
Rice flour - 6 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 2 tsp
Onion - 1
Dry Red chilly - 2 (deseed & break)
Kashmiri chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Oil - As reqd
For Batter:
Maida - 2 tbsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Water - As reqd
Method:
- Cut onion to small size and set aside.
- Deseed and break the chillies and set aside.
- In a bowl add items under "For Batter".
- Add little water and make a batter that is not too thin nor too thick.
- Cut paneer to desired shape.
- In a plate add rice flour and pepper.
- Mix this and set aside.
- Dip paneer in batter and roll in rice flour mix.
- Again dip in batter and coat with flour and set aside.
- Heat oil in pan and fry these paneer and set aside.
- Heat little oil in pan and add diced onion and chillies.
- Saute this for a while.
- Cook in low flame and then add kashmiri chilly powder and chaat masala,
- Add in salt and mix well.
- Add in fried paneer and toss well.
- Add in chopped coriander leaves and toss well.
- Serve hot with sauce.
