Unsalted butter - 70 g
Butterscotch sauce - 1/3 cup
Icing sugar - 200 g

I tripled this and used in frosting tunnel cake.

Method:
- In a bowl add butter and butterscotch sauce and cream well.
- Add in icing sugar in parts and beat till you get stiff peak consistency.
- Use this to frost cakes and cupcakes.
