Ingredients:
Paneer - 125 gms
Chilly powder - 1tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tbsp
Lime Juice - Little
Kasuri Methi - Crush and add Little
Cumin Seeds & Omam - to temper
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Green chilly- 2(finely chopped)
Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbsp
Tomato Puree - 2 tbsp
Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
Salt, Oil - As reqd
Method:
- Marinate paneer with lime juice and kasuri methi leaves.
- Add chilly powder, chat masala and turmeric powder and leave it for 10 mins.
- Shallow fry in oil and keep aside.
- Heat a pan, add oil, cumin seeds,omam and saute.
- Add onions, green chilly,garlic paste and salt and saute.
- Add coriander powder,garam masala and little water.
- Then add tomato puree and saute and then add fressh cream.
- Finally add fried paneer and toss.
Ingredients:
Crab - 4 (boil and take the flesh alone)
Onion - 2
Tomato - 2
Ghee - 20gms
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - pinch
Dosa Batter - 1 cup
Egg - 1
Salt, Oil - As reqd
To Grind:
Pepper corns - 10gm
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Fennel seeds - 1tsp
Coconut - 1tbsp (grated)
Cashew - 15gms
Curry leaves - 1 strand
Poppy Seeds - 1tsp
Method:
- Add ghee to the pan and add items under "to grind" and saute.
- Let it cool and make a paste.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add finely chopped onion and saute.
- Then add tomato and other powders one by one and saute.
- Then add crab and saute it.
- Add Salt and the grinded paste and saute.
- Heat a tawa and make a thick dosa.
- Beat an egg and add on top of it.
- Then spread the nandu masala over it and sprinkle oil.
- Turn it and cook for a min.
- Hot Nandu Kari Dosai ready.

Cashews - 5
Coconut - 3 tbsp(grated)
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Poppy Seeds - 1 tsp
Green Chilly - 2
Ginger - small piece
Garlic - 3-4 pods
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Bay leaf - 1
Cloves - 2
Cinamon stick - small piece
Elachi - 1 or 2
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Coriander leaves - little
Brocoli, green peas - As reqd
Salt, oil - As reqd
Method:
- Blend cashews, grated coconut, fennel seeds, poppy seeds, corriander leaves, green chilly, ginger and garlic to a paste.
- Heat oil and add bay leaf, cloves, cinamon, elachi, finely chopped onion and saute.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and finely chopped tomatoes.
- Saute for 2min then add the blended paste & mix.
- Now add cut brocolis and green peas.
- Add little water & cook covered for 10 mins.
- Add salt and let it boil.
Ingredients:
Bread - 3 No.
Corn - 3 - 4 tbsp
Red, Green & Yellow pepper corns - 2 tbsp
Chilly Flakes - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Cheese - 2 tbsp(optional, can use if giving for kids)
Salt, oil - As reqd
Method:
- Boil corn and grin it.
- Add all other ingredients to it and make the stuffing ready.
- Cut the corners of bread and dap it with water.
- Place the stuffing inside and make different shape pockets.
- Heat oil in pan and fry it.
- Serve it with sauce.
Ingredients:
Milka Wonder Cake(Vanilla flavour) - 1 pack
Unsalted Butter - 3 tbsp
Chocolate Sauce - 1 cup
Sprinklers - 1 cup
Pop Sticks or Tooth Pick- Few
Method:
- Scramble the cake and mix butter to it and set in fridge for 5 mins.
- Then take it and make balls and set in freezer for 1/2hr.
- Insert popsticks or toothpicks.
- Dip in chocolate sauce and dap it.
- Then roll in sprinklers and serve
