Vanilla Ice-cream



Ingredients:

Fresh Cream - 240 ml
Condensed Milk - 120 ml
Vanilla Esc - 1/2 tsp

Method:

  • In  a bowl add in fresh cream and whisk for few seconds.
  • Add in condensed milk and whisk it for few seconds.
  • Add in esc and mix well.
  • Pour this in freezer safe bowl.
  • Freeze for 6 hrs or overnight.
  • Scoop and add toppings of your choice.
