Ingredients:
Onion - 1 (fine chop)
Tomato - 4
Green Chilly- 2
Red Chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves - a sprig
Coriander Leaves - Little (fine chop)
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and add in tomatoes and green chilly.
- Saute in low flame.
- Let it cool and blend it.
- Now heat oil in pan and add in mustard seeds.
- Add in cumin seeds, curry leaves and saute.
- Add n onion and saute in medium flame for few mins.
- Add in blended paste and little water and mix well.
- Add in red chilly powder and salt and mix well.
- Let it boil for few mins.
- Now add water to rice flour and make a slurry.
- Add this to gravy and let it boil for few mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
- Goes good with Idly/Dosa.
