MilkChocolate Frosting
Ingredients:
Milk Chocolate - 488 g
Fresh Cream - 195 g
Method:
Chop and add chocolates in bowl.
Just boil the cream and add it to chocolate.
Let it sit for a minute.
Then whisk it.
Cling wrap and set aside.
Or refrigerate for 2 hours till ganache sets.
