MilkChocolate Frosting

 




Ingredients:

Milk Chocolate - 488 g
Fresh Cream - 195 g

Method:
  • Chop and add chocolates in bowl.
  • Just boil the cream and add it to chocolate.
  • Let it sit for a minute.
  • Then whisk it.
  • Cling wrap and set aside.
  • Or refrigerate for 2 hours till ganache sets.
