Pasta in White Sauce


Ingredients:

  Pasta - 250 gms
  Milk - 1/2 l
  Maida - 2 -3 tbsp
  Oregano - 1 tbsp
  Garlic pods - 5-8(finely chopped)
  Onion - 1 
  Capsicum - 1
  Carrot - 1
  Butter - 1 tbsp
  Salt and pepper - As Reqd
  Olive Oil, Water - As Reqd


Method:

  • Boil milk, add maida, oregano, salt, pepper and mix nicely, without lumps.
  • Add water with a spoon of oil and boil pasta and keep aside.
  • In a pan add butter, olive oil fry lots of garlics, onions, capsicum, carrot.
  • Add pasta and cream, check salt & pepper, turn it off at desired consistency.
  • You can add grated cheese (optional).

Soya Chunks Manchurian

Ingredients:

  Soya chunks - 1 cup
  Maida - 1 tbsp
  Red Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
  Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
  Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
  Tomato Sauce - 1-2 tbsp
  Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
  Green Chilly - 1 -2(chopped) 
  Salt, Oil - As reqd

Method:
 
  • Soak soya granules in hot water and squeeze the water. 
  • Marinate it with maida, red chillie powder, ginger garlic paste and salt.
  • And deep fry and keep aside.
  • Heat oil, add onion, green chillies, tomato sauce, soya sauce and saute.
  • Now add deep fried soya balls and garnish with coriander leaves.

Green Peas Chat

Ingredients:

For Gravy:
Green peas - 1 cup(soak overnight)
Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
Ginger - small piece
Garlic - 4-5  
Green chilly - 3-4
Salt - As reqd
 
Temper - Cumin seeds, hing, mint leaves.

For Poori:

White Rava - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Salt - As reqd

Oil - To fry pooris and for gravy.
Onion - 1 (finely Chopped)
Carrot - 1 (grated)

Method:
  • Soak green peas overnight. Boil it with 1 tbsp coriander powder.
  • Ground ginger, garlic and green chillies to paste.
  • Heat oil, add tempering items and grounded paste and saute nicely. 
  • Then add the boiled peas. Gravy ready.
  • Mix white rava and wheat flour equal qty and prepare the dough like you make for chapati. 
  • Roll it to a big chapati. Then with small lid cut it and deep fry pooris.
  • Now u put it in a plate. Add the gravy, chopped onion, coriander and grated carrot and serve.
  • If you want bael pori replace pori instead of pooris. Enjoy the chat.

Coconut Sweet

Ingredients:

  Coconut - 1 cup(grated)
  Sugar - 1 cup
  Elaichi powder - a pinch

Batter: 

 Maida - 1 cup
 Rice flour - 1 tbsp
 Salt - a pinch
 Water - As reqd

Method:
 
  • Take a bowl and add grated coconut,sugar and elachi powder and Keep aside.
  • Make a batter with listed items (it should be of idly maav consistency).
  •  Make dosas with this batter and cook only one side.
  • Now in the middle keep the coconut mixing and fold two side.
  • To enhance taste use ghee and serve hot.

Rasagulla(Mini)



Ingredients:


Homemade Paneer

For Syrup:
Sugar - Less than 1/2 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Elaichi Powder - Little
Pista - 3-6 (thin slices)

Method :
  • Now take your homemade paneer and knead it nicely for 5-8 mins and keep the dough aside.
  • Make small size balls out of it (as it doubles up in size once put in syrup).
  • Take a heavy bottom pan add sugar and water and stir till the sugar dissolves.
  • Now keep the fire in low range and add elaichi powder.
  • Once water starts to boil, add the paneer balls.
  • Cover it with lid and cook for 5-8 mins.
  • Garnish with pista and serve chill mini rasagullas.
