Ingredients:
Unsalted butter - 250 g
Powdered Sugar - 250 g
Boiling water - 100 ml
Coffee powder - 1 tsp
Method:
- Boil water in a bowl and add it to a bowl.
- Add in instant coffee powder and mix well.
- To this add in sugar and mix well.
- Just strain and set aside to cool.
- Now in a bowl add in butter and cream well.
- Add in the cooled concoction to this and whisk well.
- Whisk till you get stiff peaks.
- Use to frost cakes or cupcakes of your choice.
