Whole Wheat Flour - 3 cups

Corn - 1/2 cup

Unsalted butter - 2 tbsp

Dried Oregano - 1 tbsp + extra for sprinkling on top
Red Chilly flakes - 2 tsp

Method:
- Take yeast and little sugar in a bowl, Pour over little warm milk and mix well.
- Set aside for 5 mins so it activates and get bubbly.
- Now take wheat flour, salt and mix well.
- Make a well in the center, add in yeast mix.
- Mix and make it into a little sticky dough.
- Now add in oil and knead it for 5 to 6 mins till it gets soft.
- Now cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 to 2 hours.
- In a bowl mix capsicum. corn and onion and set aside.
- Drain water if any.
- Now sprinkle italian seasoing, chilly flakes and knead well.
- Now divide it into equal balls.
- Now roll a ball to a rectangle shape
- Mark a line by diving it into half.
- Spread the pizza sauce in one half.
- Top it with grated cheese and the n
- Top it with onion, capsicum and corn mix.
- Cover it with grated cheese.
- Cover this with other half as in pic.
- Mark thin lines on the folded dough.
- Seal the edges with a fork.
- Place the dough carefully in a greased tray and brush top with oil.
- Sprinkle seasoning over it.
- Bake in a preheated oven(OTG) at 180°C for 5 mins.
- And then increase the temperature to 220°C and bake for 10-12 mins.
- Slice and serve hot.
- Yields 27-32 pizza sticks.
