Ugadi Pachadi


Ingredients:

  Mango - 1 (Maangaai)
  Jaggery - 1 cup
  Raw Rice Flour - 1 tbsp (mix in 2 spoons of water and keep aside)
  Salt - Pinch
  Sambar thool - 1 tsp 
  Temper - mustard, cumin seeds 
  Oil, water - As reqd

Method: 
  • Heat oil in a pan and add items under temper.
  • Now add mango and water.
  • Let it boil till the mango is boiled.
  • Add jaggery at this stage and mix well.
  • Then add salt and sambar thool and mix well.
  • Finally add the rice flour mix and turn off the fire.
