Ingredients:
Mango - 1 (Maangaai)
Jaggery - 1 cup
Raw Rice Flour - 1 tbsp (mix in 2 spoons of water and keep aside)
Salt - Pinch
Sambar thool - 1 tsp
Temper - mustard, cumin seeds
Oil, water - As reqd
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add items under temper.
- Now add mango and water.
- Let it boil till the mango is boiled.
- Add jaggery at this stage and mix well.
- Then add salt and sambar thool and mix well.
- Finally add the rice flour mix and turn off the fire.
