Ingredients:
Rava - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 cups
Water - 2 cups
Cahsew, raisins - 5- 6 pieces each
Ghee - As reqd.
Kesari color - Pinch
Method:
- In a pan add ghee and fry rava and keep aside,
- Add ghee and fry cashews and raisins too and keep aside.
- Now heat the pan and add water and sugar and stir well.
- Add kesari color and then rava.
- Cook in medium range for 5-10 mins.
- Add ghee and finally add fried cashews and raisins and serve hot.
