Appam


Ingredients:

  Maida - 2 cups
  Sugar - 1 1/2 cups
  Raw Rice flour - 1 tbsp
  Keasari color - 1 tsp
  Elaichi powder - pinch
  Water - to mix all
  Oil - to fry

Method:
  • Mix all the ingredients and it should be of flowing consistency(not too watery).
  • Heat oil in a pan and use rounded spatula(kuzhi karandi) and add the batter one by one.
  • Squeeze it and let it cool and store it.
  • You can use kuzhipaniyaram bowl also to make this.
