Blondie

Ingredients:
Maida - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
Baking soda -1/4 tsp
Vanillla esc - 1 tsp
Egg - 1 
Butter - 50 g
White chocolate - 50 g
Brown sugar - 1 cup

For Chocolate Sauce:
Chocolate - 1 bar (dark)
Fresh Cream - 1 cup

For Crunch top:

Sugar - 2 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Chopped Nuts - 1 tbsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp

Method:
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Preheat oven at 190 °C and bake for 18 - 20 mins.
  • Heat a pan add chocolate and fresh cream and let it boil till chocolate melts.
  • Turn off range and let it cool.
  • In a pan add sugar, once it melts turn off fire.
  • Add butter and mix well and then add chopped nuts.
  • In a aluminium foil spread this and let it cool.
  • Once it hardens crush it , add corn starch(powder) and  mix well...
  • After baking blonde drizzle choclate sauce and top with butterscotch crunch.
